配送料

• 日本国内のみ全国一律送料無料（ご購入金額・配送先に関わらず）
• 海外配送の場合、送料はお客様のご負担となります。（料金は配送地域・重量・配送方法によって異なります）
• お客様が商品の受取をせず、配送業者の保管期限が過ぎて弊社に返戻された場合、再配達をご希望の際は 初回と同額の送料が再度発生 いたします。（注文内容により金額は変動します）

配送方法

• 配送方法は当店指定の方法となり、お客様が選択することはできません。
• 日付指定や時間帯指定は原則として承っておりません。

発送スケジュール

• 原則、即日～3営業日以内に発送いたします。
• 発送手続き完了後、通常は1～3日で到着いたします。（離島などは3～4日かかる場合があります）
• 自然災害や大規模イベント開催地域では遅延の可能性があります。予めご了承ください。

梱包および配送中のトラブル

• 梱包の際は外箱にキズや凹みが付かないよう十分配慮しております。
• ただし、配送業者に引き渡し後の輸送中に発生した外箱の軽微なキズ・凹み等については免責とさせていただきます（本体の使用に支障がない範囲）。

Shipping Fee

• Free shipping is available only within Japan, regardless of order amount or destination.
• For international orders, shipping fees will be charged to the customer (fees vary by region, weight, and shipping method).
• If a package is returned to us due to the customer’s failure to receive it within the carrier’s holding period, and redelivery is requested, the same shipping fee as the original shipment will be charged again (the amount may vary depending on the order details).

Shipping Method

• The shipping method is determined by our store and cannot be selected by the customer.
• We generally do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders are usually shipped within 0–3 business days.
• Once shipped, items typically arrive within 1–3 days within Japan (3–4 days for remote islands).
• Please note that delivery may be delayed in areas affected by natural disasters or large-scale events.

Packaging and Transit Issues

• We carefully pack items to minimize scratches or dents on the outer box.
• However, after handing over to the shipping carrier, minor damages to the outer box during transit (not affecting product use) are not covered by compensation.

• 고객이 상품을 수령하지 않아 배송업체의 보관 기간 만료로 반송된 경우, 재배송을 요청하실 때는 초회 배송비와 동일한 금액이 다시 청구됩니다. (주문 수량·내용에 따라 달라질 수 있음)
